Our ISCHIA retreat is now booked for November 8th-14th.

For the second year running, myself and Claudio Astuto will be running a yoga retreat upon the magical Ischia island in south italy.
The foundations of this retreat will be exploring the ashtanga yoga primary series every morning, and diving into other realms and styles of practice in the evening. This may be yin, yoga nidra, arm balances, mobility training, acro yoga, and crystal bowl sound baths. Each practice accompanied with breathwork and meditation. The space is welcoming to all ages and abilities.

This will include 6 nights and 7 days at IL gardino del nonno (this place is amazing!) . 2 daily yoga practices, healthy and hearty breakfast and dinner of organic, vegetarian/ vegan locally grown food, Free use of the natural thermal pools, sauna & steam room.

ONLINE YOGA WORKSHOPS
HIPS - AUGUST 8TH, 3-5PM (UK)
This workshop we will dedicate 2 hours to building strength and flexibility of the lower limbs. We will cover some traditional yoga postures as well as some more functional movement exercises and techniques that will tap you into the power source of your pelvis, glutes and legs. Expect to feel the burn (in a good way) and leave with a better understanding of how stability in the lower body is needed to allow flexibility and openness, & vital for a safe and sustainable practice.
SPINE - AUGUST 15TH, 3-5PM (UK)
A healthy spine is one that mobile, and ideally, free from pain. one that can move in all directions, flexing, extending, rotating and laterally. In this workshop we will explore these movements with an emphasis on Backbending. Backbends can seem the most alien of all these movements, and so in this workshop we will focus on building a clearer relationship with spinal extension. What does your body need in order to feel safe and open here? with techniques from asana, and other movement practices that help to create a more active and less passive approach. building control and stability for a sustainable practice.
